Zack Ostapchuk is a Canadian professional ice hockey player for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League (NHL).
Playing career[]
Ostapchuk played junior hockey for the Vancouver Giants of the Western Hockey League (WHL).[1] He was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the second round of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, 39th overall.[1] Ostapchuk was a member of two gold medal-winning Canadian junior hockey teams at the IIHF World Junior Championships in 2022 and 2023.
Ostapchuk joined the Belleville Senators of the American Hockey League (AHL) for the 2023–24 season. On March 12, 2024, Ostapchuk was called up to Ottawa and made his NHL debut later that day against the Pittsburgh Penguins.[2]
