Yves Preston (born June 14, 1956 in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired professional ice hockey player. He played 28 NHL games with the Philadelphia Flyers.
He played junior hockey with the Laval National and the Chicoutimi Saguenéens. Undrafted by any NHL team, he was signed as a free agent by the Flyers in 1978 after two years in the minor pros.
Preston was called up by the Flyers in 1978-79 to replace a suspended Paul Holmgren. He played in nine games and scored 3 goals and 1 assist. He then returned to the Maine Mariners where he helped the team win the Calder Cup. Preston earned one more callup in 1980-81 when he scored 4 goals and 2 assists in 19 games.
He played in the minor pros until his retirement in 1984.
