Yoshikazu Kabayama (Japanese: 樺山 義一, Kabayama Yoshikazu) is a retired professional centre.

He played for Japan at the 1999, 2000, 2002 and 2003 World Championship, as well as at the 1998 Olympics. He was also the captain of the gold-winning Japanese hockey team at the 2003 Asian Winter Games held in Hachinohe.

In 2005-06, Kabayama retired from playing. He remained in the Nippon Paper Cranes organization, becoming one of the team's coaches.
