History[]
The Yorkton Terriers were a senior team in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
They played, on and off, from 1928 to 1971.
They won the Saskatchewan Senior Championship three times, in 1954-55, 1967-68, 1969-70, and 1970-71.
In 1965-66 and 1966-67 they played in the Western Canada Senior Hockey League, which was an altered form of the Saskatchewan Senior Hockey League.

Note: The Yorkton Terriers played in the Northeastern Saskatchewan Hockey League (intermediate) in 1954-55. They won the league final. They were the only senior team in the province so they automatically won the provincial championship.
