The Yellowhead Hockey League (YHL) was a Senior Hockey League operating in the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The league played under the sanction of Saskatchewan Hockey Association, in affiliation with Hockey Canada. In 1979, the League expanded to three communities in Manitoba.
the league would fold in October of 2000 when 3 (Foxwarren Falcons, Kamsack Flyers, and Saltcoats Laketowners) of the seven teams request a leave of absence for the 2000-01 season. The Churchbridge Imperials, Grandview Comets, Langenburg Warriors, and Esterhazy Flyers would end up joining the Triangle Hockey League after the league would cease operations. The Foxwarren Falcons would end up joining the North Central Hockey League.
