The Wisconsin-River Falls Falcons are a Women's Division III ice hockey team representing University of Wisconsin-River Falls, located in River Falls, Wisconsin from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The team is based out of Hunt Arena, which is located on the school's campus. The women's program was established for the 1997-98 season. UWRF was one of the founding women's hockey members of the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association.

The team has won NCHA regular season titles in 2003, 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013. The team has won WIAC regular season titles in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. The team has won NCHA tournament titles in 2001, 2003, 2009, 2010, and 2012. The team has won WIAC tournament titles in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

The team has won 2 national championships, in 2024 and 2025.
