The Windsor Royals were a junior team from Windsor, Ontario. The team played from 1970-71 to 1984-85 in the Great Lakes Junior C Hockey League and Western Junior B Hockey League both were leagues of the Ontario Hockey Association. The team won league playoff championships in 1973, 1974, 1978, 1979, and 1980. They would lose in the quarterfinals of the Sutherland Cup in 1973 and 1974, the semifinals in 1978 and 1979 and lost the final in 1980. The team wou
