The William B. Coffey Trophy is the trophy awarded to the regular-season champion of the Southern Professional Hockey League. Before the 2008-09 season, the award was called the Commissioner's Cup. It was renamed to honor the league's Director of Hockey Operations.


Originally known as the Commissioner's Cup, the regular season trophy was renamed in honor of league co-founder William B. Coffey during the 2007–08 season.
