The Whitecourt Wild were a Senior AA hockey team based out of Whitecourt, Alberta. The Wild had been a member of the North Central Hockey League (Alberta) since they were formed in 2013. The Wild's games were played in the Scott Safety Centre in Whitecourt, Alberta and the Mayerthorpe Exhibition Centre in Mayerthorpe, Alberta. As of the 2017-18 season the majority of games were being played in Whitecourt. In July 2019, the team announced that they would be suspending operations due to a lack of players.[1]
