Werner Henry Schnarr (March 23, 1903 – May 31, 1959) was a Canadian professional ice hockey centre who played two seasons in the National Hockey League for the Boston Bruins. He was born in Kitchener, Ontario.

Playing career[]

He played junior hockey with the Kitchener Union Jacks in 1920-21 and 1922-23. In between Schnarr played for the senior amateur Philadelphia Quaker City in 1921-22.

In 1923-24 Schnarr played for the senior Kitchener Twin City team. His play got the notice of the expansion Boston Bruins who signed him for their initial season. Schnarr played in 25 games without scoring a point. He played one more game for the Bruins in 1925-26.

He then played in the minor leagues before retiring in 1931.
