Warren Holmes (born February 18, 1957 in Beeton, Ontario) is a professional hockey centre who played for the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League.

He played junior hockey for the Ottawa 67's from 1974 to 1977. The Los Angeles Kings chose him 85th overall in the 1977 NHL Amateur Draft while the Winnipeg Jets picked him 72nd overall in the 1977 WHA Amateur Draft.

Holmes chose the Kings and played in their minor pro system starting in 1977-78. He finally got to play in 3 games for the Kings in 1981-82 and then 39 games in 1982-83. In 1983-84 he played the last three games of his NHL career.

He finished his career in the minor pros and retired in 1986.

In the NHL Holmes played in 45 games and scored 8 goals and 18 assists.
