Vernon Civic Arena
The Vernon Civic Centre is an indoor arena located in Vernon, British Columbia.  The arena opened on January 6,1938 with a game between the Vancouver Lions and the Spokane Clippers.  The arena would serve as the home of the team now known as the Vernon Vipers until they moved to the Kal Tire Place in 2001 when that arena opened.  The Vipers would play one final game in the arena on January 6, 2018 against Prince George on the 80th anniversary of the arena's opening.[1]
