The Valleyfield & District League was an intermediate league that operated in and around the city of Valleyfield.
In 1939-40 its champion Bellerive entered the 1939-40 Quebec Senior Playoffs.
In 1942-43 its champion Valleyfield D.I.L. entered the 1942-43 Quebec Intermediate Playoffs.
