The Utah Altitude were an Amateur Athletic Union-sanctioned ice hockey team from the Kearns, Utah in the Greater Salt Lake City area. The team was added as an expansion team in the Western States Hockey League in August, 2021.[1] The team will be based out of Olympic Oval. The team is scheduled to begin play with the 2021-22 season.
The team folded after one game, which it won 5-2 and it's second game was cancelled.[2] The team citied the best interest of the players and the league for its' folding.
