Udo Kießling (born May 21, 1955 in Crimmitschau, Germany) is a retired ice hockey player. He participated at the 1976 Winter Olympics, 1980 Winter Olympics, 1984 Winter Olympics, 1988 Winter Olympics, 1992 Winter Olympics, 1984 Canada Cup, 1973, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1982, 1983, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1989, 1990 and 1991 World Championships and 1974 and 1975 World Championships Group B. He also played one game for the Minnesota North Stars. He was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 2000.
Kiessling played in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga and its predecessor from 1979 to 1996.
