Arena shown after closure
The U.S, Ice Sports Complex is a former ice hockey arena located in Fairview Heights, Illinois. The arena was used by several area high school and other hockey teams. It closed around 2012 when the building started to sink and made it unsafe to occupy. No plans were made to repair or demolish the building after it was closed. A report by TV station KMOV in St. Louis indicated that people were starting to complain that the abandoned facility was becoming an eyesore.[1]
