Tsutomu Hanzawa (Born August 28, 1948, in Hokkaido, Japan) is a Japanese former hockey player.

In the Japan Ice Hockey League, Hanzawa played for Seibu Tetsudo Tokyo.

At the international level, he represented the Japan men's national ice hockey team at the 1972 Olympics in Sapporo, the 1976 Olympics in Innsbruck, and the 1980 Olympics in Lake Placid.
