The Tri-City Outlaws are a USA Hockey-sanctioned ice hockey team from Kennewick, Washington. They play in the United States Premier 3 Hockey League at the Toyota Center (Kennewick). The team played in the Northern Pacific Hockey League from 2012-16 and joined the USP3HL when the league was absorbed into the United States Premier Hockey League.

note: *The league used point percentage to calculate standings in 2012-13 as the Glacier Nationals played only 20 games as opposed to the rest of the league playing 40 games. The Outlaws had the 4th most points but Glacier had a point percentage that put them in 2nd place moving the Outlaws to 5th place and out of the playoffs.
