Toshimitsu Otsubo (Born April 4, 1945, in Hokkaido, Japan) is a Japanese former hockey goaltender.

At the club level, Otsubo competed for the Oji Eagles in the Japan Ice Hockey League.

Internationally, he played for the Japan men's national ice hockey team at the 1968 Olympics in Grenoble, the 1972 Olympics in Sapporo, and the 1976 Olympics in Innsbruck.
