Tore Vikingstad (b. October 8th 1975 in Trondheim, Norway) is a professional winger who plays in the DEL for the Hannover Scorpions.

Vikingstad began his career with Viking Hockey and Stjernen Hockey of his homeland's GET-Ligaen; he then moved to the more competitive Elitserien, wearing Färjestads BK's and Leksands IF's colours. His skills haven't gone unnoticed by the National Hockey League scouts; the St. Louis Blues drafted him 180th overall of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft. However, Vikingstad never played in North America.

Tore was named best DEL player for 2005-06 after leading the league with 64 points in 52 games.

He is a regular member of the Norwegian National Team. In 2010, he has been selected to take part in the 2010 Olympic Games held in Vancouver, Canada. Vikingstad registered a hat trick against Switzerland on February 20th at those Olympics, before his two children who attended the game[1].
