Anthony Louis Feltrin (born December 6, 1961 in Ladysmith, British Columbia) is a retired ice hockey defenceman. He played in the NHL for the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Rangers.

He played junior hockey for the Victoria Cougars from 1978 to 1981. The Pittsburgh Penguins chose him 72nd overall in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft and called him up for a pair of games in the 1980-81 season. He got into four games in 1981-82 and then played half a season with the Penguins in 1982-83. But aside from those spells Feltrin spent his time in the minor pros.

Signing as a free agent with the New York Rangers in 1985 got him into 10 NHL games in 1985-86. An eye injury suffered on December 31, 1985 with the New Haven Nighthawks ended his career.

He played in a total of 48 NHL games and scored 3 goals and 3 assists.

Feltrin became a scout for the New York Rangers in 1990 and held that job until 1996. In that year he was named head amateur scout for the New York Islanders, a position that he held until 2004.
