Tommy Jakobsen (born 10 December 1970 in Oslo) is a retired Norwegian ice hockey defenceman.
He is the player with most games played on the Norwegian national team. Jakobsen participated in the 1989 and 1990 World Junior Championships, 1992, 1994 and 2010 Olympics, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 World Championships, 1998 World Championship "Pool B" and at the 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 World Championships Division I.
He was his country's flag bearer during the opening ceremony of the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver. He also wore the captaincy for the hockey team.
