Tom Nemeth (born January 16, 1971 in St. Catharines, Ontario) is a retired Canadian defenceman who played much of his professional career in the ECHL.

He played junior hockey for the Cornwall Royals of the Ontario Hockey League from 1988 to 1992. The Minnesota North Stars chose him 206th overall in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft.

Nemeth turned pro with the Kalamazoo Wings in 1992-93.

Much of his time was spent in the ECHL. He is a member of the ECHL Hall of Fame.

Nemeth retired in 2005.
