Thomas William Miller (born March 31, 1947 in Kitchener, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey centre who played 118 games in the National Hockey League for the New York Islanders and Detroit Red Wings.

He played junior hockey for the Kitchener Rangers which was a New York Rangers farm team from 1963 to 1965. After that he went to the University of Denver and graduated in 1969. He was twice an all-star there.

In 1969-70 he turned pro with the Omaha Knights, another Rangers' farm team. The Rangers traded him to the Detroit Red Wings in 1971. Miller made his NHL debut with the Wings, scoring 1 goal and 7 assists in 29 games. The Buffalo Sabres claimed him in the off-season, and Miller spent 1971-72 with their farm team the Cincinnati Swords. The New York Islanders chose him in the 1972 NHL Expansion Draft.

That gave Miller a break, He finally played an entire NHL season with the Islanders in 1972-73. However, that was about it for Miller. He played another two seasons but spent most of the time in the minors. He retired in 1975.

Miller played in 118 NHL games, scoring 16 goals and 25 assists.
