Charles Thomas Hooper (November 24, 1883 - March 24, 1960) was a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played for the Kenora Thistles, Montreal AAA, and Montreal Wanderers. He was born in Kenora, Ontario.
Tom helped lead Kenora to the 1907 Stanley Cup by scoring three goals in the final series. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1962.
