Tomáš Vlasák (born February 1, 1975) is a professional hockey player that plays for the Plzeň HC in the Czech Extraliga.
He played the 2000-01 season in North America, playing in 10 games for the Los Angeles Kings and scoring 1 goal and 3 assists. Aside from that season, he has played his entire career in Europe.
Vlasak played for the Czech Republic in the 2004 World Cup of Hockey.
