Tomáš Kubalík[1] (born 1 May 1990) is a Czech professional ice hockey forward who currently plays for the Columbus Blue Jackets in the National Hockey League. He was selected by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 5th round (135th overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. He scored his first NHL goal on 1 April 2011. Kubalik played three seasons (2006–09) in the Czech Extraliga with HC Plzeň 1929.
