Todd Hawkins (born August 2, 1966 in Kingston, Ontario) is a retired professional ice hockey left winger who played ten games in the National Hockey League. He would play with the Vancouver Canucks and Toronto Maple Leafs.

He played junior hockey with the Belleville Bulls from 1984 to 1987 and was chosen 217th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1985 NHL Entry Draft. He turned pro in 1987-88 with the Flint Spirits and spent most of the next three seasons in the minor pros. The Canucks called him up for eight games over that span.

In 1990 the Toronto Maple Leafs traded Brian Blad for him. Hawkins only played in two games for the Leafs in 1991-92. playing the next two seasons with the St. John's Maple Leafs. Signing with the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1993 didn't get him any more NHL time as he continued to play in the minors.

After sitting out the 2001-02 season, Hawkins played two seasons in Germany and retired in 2003.
