Todd Dougherty (b. February 17, 1971 in Alburgh, Vermont, United-States) was a minor league hockey defenceman. Todd started his pro career playing for the Lakeland Ice Warriors of the Sunshine Hockey League (SuHL), later moving on to the Utica Blizzard of the Colonial Hockey League(CoHL) and Richmond Renegades of the ECHL. In the 1995 - 1996 season he played for the Huntsville Channel Cats of the Southern Hockey League (SHL) who won the league's only championship before it demise. Todd then played for the Idaho Steelheads of the West Coast Hockey League (WCHL) for one year before joining back with the Channel Cats again this time in the Central Hockey League (CHL) winning the championship in 1999. Todd last played professionally with the Channel Cats in the 1999 - 2000 season.

Todd is currently the assistant coach for the Huntsville Havoc of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL). Todd began his assistant coaching assignment in 2004-2005 season.
