The Thurso Lumber Kings were an intermediate and then a senior team in Thurso, Quebec, which is in the area of the Ottawa District Hockey Association.

They won the Ottawa District Intermediate championship in 1948-49 and 1949-50. They lost the semi final in the 1948-49 Eastern Canada Intermediate Playoffs and then were disqualified out of the 1949-50 Eastern Canada Intermediate Playoffs.

After that season they moved up to the senior ranks. They won the Lower Ottawa Valley League in 1950-51 but lost the semi final in the 1950-51 Ottawa District Senior Playoffs.

The Lumber Kings then joined the Eastern Canada Senior Hockey League for two seasons before folding. They were briefly ressurected in 1958 for one season in the Interprovincial Senior Hockey League and would also play in the Quebec-Ontario Senior Hockey League for at least the 1960-61 season.
