- This template allows the creation of standard labels for links to portals.

- Parameters
- background color : the label's background color (facultative, dark grey by default :
#AAAAAA)
- border color : the label's border's color (facultative, light grey by default :
#EEEEEE)
- text color : color of the text written in the label (facultative, white by default :
#000000)
- image : name of the picture to appear on the left side of the label (without the "Image:" prefix) (facultative, by default, no picture)
- text : text to be written in the label (mandatory)
