Sylvain Couturier (born April 23, 1968 in Greenfield Park, Quebec) played for the Los Angeles Kings during the 1988–89 season, the 1990–91 season and the 1991–92 season.
He played junior hockey for the Laval Titan from 1985 to 1988 and was chosen 65th overall in the 1986 NHL Entry Draft. Couturier turned pro in 1988-89 played in 33 games for the Kings over a four year span, scoring 4 goals and 5 assists.
He played in the minor pros in North America until 1997, when he moved to Germany for four years. Couturier ended his career with the St. Laurent Dragons of the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey in 2001.
