Sylvain Blouin (born May 21, 1974 in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 115 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the New York Rangers, Montreal Canadiens, and Minnesota Wild. He was regarded at the time to be one of the best enforcers in the NHL. His hard aggressive hitting, and tenacious attitude compensated for his lack of speed.
After retiring from professional hockey in 2004, he joined the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey.
