Susanna Tapani is a women's ice hockey player from Finland. In 2013, she committed to playing for the North Dakota Fighting Sioux women's ice hockey program.

Playing career[]

Since 2009, Tapani has played with the Finnish national team. She would claim the bronze medal at the 2011 IIHF Women's World Championship along with a bronze at the 2011 U18 Women's World Championship.

In 2012, she won a national championship with the Espoo Blues. Of note, Tapani has also played with the Finnish National Ringette Team.

NCAA[]

She would score the game winning goal for North Dakota which snapped the Minnesota Golden Gophers 62-game win sdtreak on November 17, 2013.[1]
