The Supercoppa italiana (plural: Supercoppe italiane; Italian Supercup) is a Cup competition held in Italy. This competition involves a single match per season, which opposes the winner of the previous season's Coppa Italia and the Serie A champion.
Established in 2001, the competition is organized by the FISG and has been disputed every year ever since, except 2005, officially because of the 2006 Olympics. The 2006 edition featured a slightly different format, as two more teams were added to the tournament - both finalists for the Italian Cup and the Serie A championship. The format was however abandoned the next season and never re-introduced.
HC Bolzano and the Milano Vipers, with three titles, have the most titles in the competition's history.
