Stu Bickel (born 2 October 1986 in Chanhassen, Minnesota) is an American professional ice hockey defenseman who currently plays for the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League (AHL).

On July 2, 2008, the Anaheim Ducks signed Bickel, an undrafted free agent, to a three year contract.[1]

On November 23, 2010, Bickel was traded to the New York Rangers in exchange for minor league defenseman Nigel Williams.[2]
