Stephen Edward Hazlett (born December 12, 1957) is a retired professional ice hockey left wing who in the 1979–80 NHL season played in his only National Hockey League game for the Vancouver Canucks.

He played junior hockey for the Hamilton Fincups and the St. Catharines Fincups from 1975 to 1978, winning the Memorial Cup in 1976. He also played for Canada in the 1977 World Junior Championship.

Hazlett was chosen 76th by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1977 NHL Amateur Draft. He split the 1977-78 season between the Fincups and the minor pros, then scored 44 goals for the Dallas Black Hawks in 1978-79. Despite this scoring, Hazlett only got into one game with the Canucks in 1979-80. He finished off his short career in the minors and retired in 1983.
