The Steamboat Wranglers are a USA Hockey-sanctioned ice hockey team from Steamboat Springs, Colorado The team commenced play with the 2016-17 season. They played in the Rocky Mountain Junior Hockey League from 2016 until the league folded after the 2017-18 season. On June 8, 2018 the team was announced as joining the Western States Hockey League for the 2018-19 season.[1] They are based out of the Howelsen Ice Arena.
