
The Stafford Smythe Memorial Trophy
The Stafford Smythe Memorial Trophy is a Canadian Hockey League trophy, awarded to the most valuable player in the annual Memorial Cup Tournament.
It is named for the late ice hockey executive Stafford Smythe. He was the son of Conn Smythe, for whom the Conn Smythe Trophy is named - which is the NHL playoff most valuable player award.
