History[]
This league operated under the authority of the Ottawa District Hockey Association. It ran in the 1930's and the 1940's in the St Lawrence River valley roughly between Brockville and Cornwall.
It was later revived in 1958 and played as a Junior A league until 1960. It then operated as a Junior B competition until 1974, when it merged into the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League.
