Notes[]
- The 1909-10 provincial final was tied at one game apiece and no information is available showing that the deciding game was played. No team from Saskatchewan issued a challenge for the Allan Cup which was new for the 1909-10 playing season
- There was a provincial and Central league in the province for the 1910-11 season, both leagues had teams from the Regina area in them.
- There was a single provincial league for 1911-12
- The 1914-15 league season also determined the winner of the Allan Cup as the defending Allan Cup champion played in the league. At this point any other series the defending champion played in would be for the Allan Cup
- There was a single league consisting of just two military teams in Regina for the 1917-18 season.
- There was no senior level play in the province for the 1918-19 season. Several other provinces did not have senior play this year either.
- A single provincial league was used for 1919-20, 1920-21, and 1921-22.
- The 1919-20 provincial playoffs ended too late for the champion to participate in the 1919-20 Western Canada Allan Cup Playoffs
- The provincial league was suspended by the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association because the Saskatoon Crescents were found to have two players on their roster who should have been on the Winnipeg Falcons. The Regina Victorias would not participate in the 1920-21 Western Canada Allan Cup Playoffs.
