Franchise history
2006-2011: South Jersey Raptors

The South Jersey Raptors were a junior hockey team based out of the Hollydell Ice Arena in Sewell, New Jersey. The team played in the America East Hockey League for the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons. The team then joined the Super Elite division of the International Junior Hockey League from the 2008-09 to 2010-11 seasons. The organization had a second affiliate in the Associate category of the IJHL for the 2008-09 season. The team joined the Continental Junior Hockey League for the 2011-12 season but drop out before playing.
