Alan Leslie "Skip" Teal (July 17, 1933 — July 8, 2006) was a professional ice hockey centre who played in one National Hockey League game for the Boston Bruins during the 1954–55 NHL season. He is the older brother of Vic Teal, who also played in only one NHL game.

He played junior hockey for the St Catharines TeePees and the Barrie Flyers from 1949 to 1953,winning the Memorial Cup in 1952-53 Memorial Cup Final with the Flyers.

Teal turned pro in 1953-54 with the Hershey Bears and was called up for one game with the Boston Bruins. That marked the end of his NHL career. Teal played in the minor pros, most notably for the Quebec Aces and the Clinton Comets, until he retired in 1963.
