Simon Bachmann (b. July 19th 1986 in Switzerland is a former professional defenceman who played in the Nationalliga A with EHC Kloten and in the Nationalliga B with HC Ajoie.

Bachmann's career was very short and unfortunate. Despite being a promising player who collected four assists at the 2004 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships – Division I, a severe hip injury forced him to retire from the game at the young age of 21 in 2007.
