Seth Helgeson (born October 8, 1990 in Fairbault, Minnesota) is an American defenceman playing for the University of Minnesota.
He played junior hockey for the Sioux City Musketeers from 2007 to 2009 and then entered the University in 2009.
The New Jersey Devils chose him 114th overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
