Sergei Fokin (b. May 2nd 1963 in Moscow, Russia, U.S.S.R.) is a former professional defenceman who played in the Soviet Hockey League, the Russian Superleague and the Elitserien.

Fokin joined fellow countryman Mishat Fakhrutdinov in 1992 when he left Spartak Moscow, for whom he had played since 1984, to sign with Västerås IK. After two years in Västerås, he joined Färjestads BK where he played nine seasons; there, he would be thrice Swedish Champion (1997, 1998, 2002). He ended his career with a three seasons stint with Swedish Division 1 Borås HC.

Fokin was member of the Russian National Team on four consecutive World Championships (1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998).

His son Maxim Fokin plays at the junior level in Sweden.
