Seppo Liitsola (born February 7, 1933 in Tampere, Finland) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played in the SM-liiga. He played for Tappara Tampere from 1955 to 1964. Liitsola coached HIFK Helsinki from 1972 to 1975. He was inducted into the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame in 1986.

Liitsola has coached the national team of Finland at two stints, first in 1969-1972 and again in 1974-1976.
