Rory "Scott" Daniels (born September 19, 1969) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey left winger who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Hartford Whalers, Philadelphia Flyers and New Jersey Devils.
He played in the Western Hockey League where he got a reputation as an enforcer. The Hartford Whalers picked him 136th overall in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft.
Daniels spent his career as a tough guy, protecting the scorers on his team. He played in 149 NHL games, scoring but 8 goals and 12 assists, but also earning 667 penalty minutes - an average of close to five minutes a game!
He retired in 1999 while playing for the New Jersey Devils.
