The Saskatchewan Huskies are an ice hockey team that represents the University of Saskatchewan. They compete in the Canada West Conference in the Canadian Interuniversity Sport athletic program.
History[]
Women have been playing hockey at the University as early as 1912.

1918 University of Saskatchewan women's hockey team
The team only rarely played against other university teams in the early years. Its main competition was in the Saskatoon City League which was mostly composed of local high school and college teams.
- 1919-20 Won 3-0 @ Alberta on Feb. 28.
- 1920-21 Won 7-1 Alberta plus other exhibitions.
- 1921-22 Won 3-2 @ Alberta. Tied Manitoba 2-2 on Feb. 27.

- 1924-25 Won City League.
- 1925-26 Won City League.
- 1926-27 Won City League. Lost 8-1 @ Manitoba on Feb. 12. Won 3-2 to Alberta on Feb. 21.
- 1927-28 Won City League. Lost 2-1 @ Manitoba on Feb. 24. Won 2-1 to Alberta on March 1. Since Manitoba beat Alberta 1-0, they won the Intercollegiate title.
- 1928-29 Won City League. Lost 1-2 to Alberta o Feb. 18. Tied 1-1 @ Manitoba on Feb. 22. Won 1-0 @ Alberta on March 2.
