Donald Alexander "Sandy" McGregor (born March 30, 1939 in Toronto, Ontario) was a professional ice hockey player who played two games in the National Hockey League. He played with the New York Rangers.
He played one game with the junior Toronto Marlboros in 1956-57 but spent the next two seasons with the Guelph Biltmores, a New York Rangers farm team. From 1959 to 1969, McGregor played in the Rangers' minor pro system, mostly with the Baltimore Clippers. In 1963-64 he was called up for two games with the NHL team, scoring no points.
He retired in 1969.
